Because we are the sole investor, profits are allocated exclusively to the investor and cover the full implementation of the project.

Being a delegated investor means investing in a project without being involved in its day-to-day operations or management. Instead, you rely on an experienced team responsible for executing and managing the project. This model allows you to take advantage of investment opportunities without having to take on operational responsibility yourself.

The percentage can vary from 15% to 35%, depending on the property. Remember, the higher your profit, the higher ours will be.
